Can oatmeal do more than just filling your tummy? Hell, yeah! Colloidal oatmeal is a gem for your skin – it can gently exfoliate the skin, sloughing away dead skin and rough flakes to reveal smoother, glowing skin. All of this while not irritating the skin (dry and sensitive skin included) even a bit. And so that the moisture isn’t compromised, the softening honey and nourishing avocados make for the perfect partners.

 

Method: Mix 3 spoons of mashed avocado with 1 spoon of honey and 2 spoons of oatmeal.

For Moisturising: Avocado & Hemp Oil

The weekend is almost here and that calls for a skin-loving retreat, even if that requires you to DIY it.

 Enter the calming and moisturising duo of avocado and hemp oil that will work in harmony to relieve stress, make your skin more supple and alleviate fatigue. 

The duo is heavy on moisture but lets you be at ease since it won’t overwhelm your skin (or pores either).

Method: Add mashed avocado and hemp seed oil in equal proportions and apply the paste liberally all over the skin.

Give your classic turmeric and yogurt concoction an à la mode twist by infusing some mashed avocado in it.

Method: Add 2 teaspoons of turmeric to 1 ½ tablespoon of yogurt. Mix it well and then add 1 tablespoon of mashed avocado.
